From elegant dining in Belgium to Home style cooking in Tuscany Gathering experience amongst great Chef and working with fresh regional ingredients. Providing specialised dietary nourishment for celebrity guests and even Royalty.
With more than twenty years of experience in a variety of culinary outlets developing a wide range of kitchen solutions.
Tradition and education is a big part of my passion and interest for food and ingredients, especially the chemistry and sensations while eating good food.
